| Customer Reviews: Defective September 4, 2010 Anna Everything would have been fine if the bike was not defective - broken brakes and gears. The cost of fixing was half of the bike price.
Had to return it.
Poor quality August 29, 2010 Xuexue (salem, OR, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I brought this bike because I was on a budget. And it did not work out for me at all.
The bike comes in pieces and it need to be assemble. Unless you know a few things about bikes, it is near impossible. I found out the hard way that there is a lot that goes into a bike.
After a few hours of trying to put the bike together, I took it into a bike shop. The service cost as much as the bike itself. And the bike person warn me that it is a poor quality bike. I didn't think much of it, until I rode the bike for the first time. Within 6 blocks the wheel was rubbing against the frame, and the brake was having problems.
Luckily for me, I brought it through amazon, they were great, and refund my money.
My recommendation for anyone who is looking for a cheap bike is to make sure they buy a bike that is already assemble. Trust me, you don't want to mess with it. Safety is important.

Beware June 3, 2010 Bike (Chicago, IL USA) 3 out of 10 found this review helpful
The item was ordered on a Tuesday evening, but delivered >1 week later. Upon arrival, the item was not assembled. Assembly was a little difficult and did not come with instructions. Additionally, the tires were not inflated. After inflation, the inner tubes burst and had to be replaced. After three weeks, the bicycle is now in good condition and rides well.
